Volunteer for PEN!

PEN is a grass roots organization that depends on volunteers in the delivery of its programs and services.  Below are just a few areas where we need your help:

Event Materials

Assembly of event packets, mailing materials and other documents.  This work can be done at the PEN office or at home.

Time Commitment:  2 hours prior to the event.

Hospitality

Arrange for food and beverages at Speaker Series and Conferences.  Involves arranging for food and beverage donations, pick up and delivery to venue.

Time Commitment:  2 to 3 hours per year

Event Registration

Staff check-in and registration tables at PEN events.

Time Commitment:  2 hours at the start of the event.  Attend the event for free.

Outreach Events

Staff information table at various fairs and outreach events.  Requires knowledge of what PEN offers as well as good people skills.

Time Commitment:  2 to 4 hours

General Volunteer

Be on the list of volunteers to be contacted as needed.

Time Commitment:  Varied
